2009-10 Registration Form * - Completed Registration Forms plus a $300.00 (non-refundable, non-transferable) deposit are due at the first tryout sessions. Any player unable to participate in a tryout for their given level must contact the appropriate Level Director or Vice President. Failure to register within seven (7) days after the assigned tryout date will result in an additional $100 late fee, payable at time of registration.
2010-11 Coaching Application (PDF Format) * - All Coaching Applications for the 2010-11 season must be submitted by Saturday, January 16, 2010. Player Development Report - All Player Development Reports were due by February 6, 2010. If you have not done so already, please contact the Vice President or the Coach Coordinator immediately (e-mail addresses are available on the Contacts page).
