Dear Norwood Nugget Hockey Families,
The Registration Process for the 2009-10 Season has changed. Please review the following timeline and new procedures. Please feel free to contact the Registrar, Anita Hennessey, or any board member with questions or concerns regarding the new procedures.

On the day of the First Tryout Session, the following must be submitted:
1. Completed Registration Form - available on the Documents or Hey Coach pages.
2. $300.00 (non-transferable, non-refundable) Deposit: all past due tuitions must be paid in full at this time.
Effective for the 2009-10 season, USA Hockey will no longer permit any program (town, select, club, Norwood Nuggets ...) to register individual players or coaches. ALL PARTICIPANTS - coaches & players - are now REQUIRED to register online, directly with USA Hockey.
Please follow the steps below, beginning May 1 to register yourself (coaches) or your player:
1. Go to http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/
2. Select Member Type - Ice Player or Coach
3. Check the box to acknowledge that you (parent / coach) are 18 years or older
4. Select the 2009-10 Season
5. Follow the prompts - please complete fully, accurately
6. Process your payment: Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit cards), American Express, Visa Gift Card
7. Once the registration process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation receipt from USA Hockey. The confirmation member number will be a series of 9 Numbers & 5 Letters.

or mail a printed copy to Norwood Nuggets, PO Box 263, Norwood MA 02062. Confirmations must be forwarded to Norwood Nuggets by July 1, 2009.
The fee is waived for participants age 6 (birth year 2003) and younger, but the registration must be completed in order to get the confirmation number required to roster the player.
Players CANNOT BE PLACED ON A ROSTER until the confirmation from USA Hockey is received.
The Waiver of Liability, Release Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreements will all be completed online as part of the USA Hockey Registration Process.

Full Tuition $1050 - $300 Registration Deposit = $750.00
